Welcome to Alumni House Apparel. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Products and Services
Alumni House Apparel provides custom apparel, embroidery, monogramming, branded merchandise, and related services for businesses, schools, organizations, fraternities, sororities, churches, and individuals.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change due to material costs, supplier pricing, or project modifications.
Custom Orders
All custom, personalized, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless an error was made by Alumni House Apparel.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval. Once approval is received, Alumni House Apparel is not responsible for errors that appear on the approved proof.
Production Timelines
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines may vary based on project complexity, order volume, material availability, shipping carrier performance, and seasonal demand.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available depending on workload and material availability. Additional fees may apply.
Customer-Supplied Apparel
Customer-supplied garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Alumni House Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer defects, dye migration, fabric irregularities, hoop marks, shrinkage, or damage resulting from the decoration process. We reserve the right to decline items that are not suitable for embroidery or customization.
Payments
Payment may be required before production begins. Orders may be delayed if payment is not received.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided as part of a custom quote. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Alumni House Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather events, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
In-stock items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Custom items are non-refundable unless an error was made by Alumni House Apparel.
Electronic Communications
By communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
Website Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with another user's use of the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alumni House Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alumni House Apparel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our website or services, including submitted artwork or content.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Alumni House Apparel reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
