Refund & Return Policy

CUSTOM ORDERS WITH NAMES, NUMBERS, AND OUR CHAPTER AFFILIATIONS ARE NOT RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE. In the event of a typographical error on the part of Alumni House Apparel, we will make corrections to any purchase if returned to us within 30 days of receipt by customer. It is the customer's responsibility to return said merchandise to us. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise to us.

Any invoice exceeding a 3-day period without being paid will be canceled. If you still wish to make your purchase, it is your responsibility to contact Alumni House Apparel to have your invoice re-activated.

Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of normal orders; large group orders allow 6-7 weeks for delivery. Please note that Fall (Back to School, Fall Lines, & Homecoming) and Spring (Spring Lines, Step Shows, Graduation & Summer Festivals) are our heaviest seasons and wait times may exceed the estimated times listed here.
