Do I Have to Provide My Own Apparel?

No. We can often provide the apparel for your project, making the process simple and seamless from start to finish. In some cases, we may also be able to embroider customer-supplied items. Contact us with your project details to discuss available options.

Please note: Customer-supplied garments and accessories must be approved prior to production. While we take great care in handling all items, Alumni House Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer defects, dye migration, fabric irregularities, or damage resulting from the embroidery process on customer-provided merchandise. Not all materials are suitable for embroidery, and we reserve the right to decline items that may not produce a quality finished result.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimums on many custom projects, though pricing may vary based on quantity and customization requirements. Contact us for a quote.

Can I see the proof before production begins?

Yes. For most custom projects, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available depending on our current workload and the scope of the project. Additional fees may apply.

Can you help create my design?

Yes! Absolutely. Whether you have a complete design or just an idea, our team can help bring your vision to life.

Shipping & Production

How long does a custom order take?

Production times vary based on the complexity of the project, quantity ordered, and current workload. Most individual custom orders are completed within 3–6 weeks, not including shipping time.

How long do group and bulk orders take?

Most group orders are completed within 6–9 weeks, not including shipping. Larger projects or highly customized orders may require additional time. We recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can provide a more accurate timeline.

How quickly do in-stock items ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Do production times change during busy seasons?

Yes. Our busiest seasons include:

  • Spring Line Season (typically March-May)

  • Homecoming Season (typically September- November)

  • Back-to-School

  • Graduation Season

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. For large custom or bulk orders, shipping estimates can be provided before production begins.

Returns

What if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at information@alumnihouseapparelllc.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Can I return a custom or personalized item?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error made by Alumni House Apparel.
